This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for paid FlyEnv licenses, subscriptions, or other digital products.

If your purchase was processed by Paddle.com, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and may handle payment support, returns, and refund processing. You can request help through paddle.net or contact us at [email protected].

30-Day Refund Window

We offer a 30-day refund window for paid FlyEnv purchases unless a different period is required by applicable law.

You may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date if:

  • you purchased the wrong product or duplicate license by mistake
  • the paid license cannot be activated after reasonable troubleshooting
  • a critical product issue prevents normal use and we cannot provide a reasonable workaround
  • the product was materially misdescribed at the time of purchase

Subscriptions and Renewals

For subscriptions, you may cancel future renewals at any time through the payment or subscription management flow provided at checkout or by contacting Paddle support through paddle.net.

Renewal payments are generally refundable only within 30 days of the renewal date, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be denied where:

  • the request is made after the applicable refund period
  • there is evidence of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or repeated refund behavior
  • the product was used in a way that violates our Terms of Service
  • the issue is caused by unsupported third-party software, operating system changes, or local configuration outside FlyEnv's control and a reasonable workaround exists
  • the purchase was a voluntary donation or sponsorship that was not sold as a paid license or subscription

This Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

Effect of Refunds

If a refund is approved, access to the refunded paid license, subscription, or premium feature may be disabled. Refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on Paddle, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.

  • a short explanation of the issue

Payment Disputes

If you have a billing problem, contact Paddle or FlyEnv support before opening a bank or card dispute. This helps us investigate and resolve the issue faster.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
