We may collect the following information depending on how you use FlyEnv:
- contact information, such as your email address when you submit feedback or request support
- support content, such as messages, issue reports, screenshots, logs, or files you choose to send
- license information, such as license keys, activation status, GitHub account identifiers, device identifiers, operating system, app version, and activation timestamps
- payment and order information provided by Paddle, such as order ID, product, plan, payment status, renewal status, refund status, country, and tax-related information
- website usage information, such as pages visited, referrers, browser type, device type, approximate region, and analytics events
- technical information, such as IP address, user agent, error reports, and server logs
We do not intentionally collect your local project source code, database contents, private keys, passwords, or environment variables unless you choose to send them to us for support.
Payments
Payments may be processed by Paddle.com. Paddle is responsible for checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, receipts, payment-related buyer support, and refund processing.
We do not receive or store your full card number, PayPal credentials, or other complete payment account details. Paddle may share limited order, subscription, and customer information with us so we can provide licenses, support, and product access.

- provide, activate, and manage FlyEnv licenses
- deliver downloads, updates, documentation, and support
